TSSI Client Assistance Activities

1,299 persons received case management.
427 persons received meal vouchers for Mr. Gatti's and/or Two Fishes Ministries.
174 persons were assisted with emergency needs (i.e. food, toiletries, gas).
156 persons (81 adults, 75 children) were assisted with clothes and household items).
129 persons (81 adults, 48 children) received emergency motel vouchers.
39 disabled adult persons were assisted with Samaritan Project rental assistance vouchers for physically and/or mentally disabled persons who are chronically homeless.
684 households were referred to mainstream benefits (i.e. food stamps, K-tap, child support, KY Works, Veteran's Association and/or SSI).
38 households (94 adults, 73 children) received one month's rental assistance to prevent eviction.
15 households were referred to legal aid.
14 households (18 adults, 33 children) were assisted with emergency/transitional housing.
11 households (16 adults, 22 children) were assisted through Tenant Based Rental Assistance vouchers for homeless persons.
10 households received rental security deposits.
7 households (9 adults, 16 children) were assisted with Safe Haven rental subsidy vouchers for women with children and domestic violence victims.
4 households (6 persons) received permanent supportive housing assistance at Joshua Court.

Added two part-time case managers, implementing monthly case management for 50 clients — NEW

Participated in all Region III Continuum of Care Activities, attending all meetings and conferences
